Johanna Taylor, based in Noosa Heads on the Sunshine Coast, is the creator of the fantastic certified organic Juno Kombucha. JUN being similar to Kombucha, instead is made using green tea & raw honey, rather than black tea and sugar. Juno is the only commercial JUN available in Australia. A probiotic rich, fermented beverage flavoured using certified organic cold-pressed juices.
Juno Kombucha has been produced commercially now for over 12 months. Johanna believes that being certified organic with ACO is important, as she had to go the extra mile to gain the certification.
